From paper registers to a live digital lab
A private clinic laboratory in Southeast Europe ran on handwritten registers and faxed results. We built and shipped a full LIS — digital orders, result validation, printable lab reports, an AI assistant that explains results in plain language, and a patient app installable straight from the browser.
Outcome: patients read their results on their phones; clinicians stopped re-keying data; the lab went digital in weeks, not quarters — and we operate the platform to this day.
