The workflow you run on paper, rebuilt as software.
Handwritten registers, faxed results, the spreadsheet only one person understands. We take the process as it actually runs — not as the org chart says it runs — and ship it as software your people use on day one.
The signs are always the same.
The same data is typed in twice. Or three times.
An order arrives by phone, gets written in a register, keyed into a spreadsheet, then re-keyed into an invoice. Every re-entry is a chance to get it wrong, and someone spends their afternoons reconciling the copies.
One person is the system.
The whole process lives in someone's head and their personal spreadsheet. When they are on holiday, work slows. When they leave, it stops.
Your customers wait for things that should be instant.
Results, confirmations, and documents go out by fax, post, or a phone call someone has to remember to make. Clients ring to ask where things are, and your staff answer instead of working.
Off-the-shelf software never fits.
You have trialled the generic tools. They model someone else's process, so your team keeps a parallel paper system to cover the gaps — and now you run both.
From handwritten registers to public infrastructure.
A clinic laboratory, off paper in weeks
A private clinic laboratory in Southeast Europe ran on handwritten registers and faxed results. We built and now operate its clinical laboratory system: digital orders, result validation, printable lab reports, AI plain-language explanations of results, and a patient app installable straight from the browser, with an iOS shell alongside.
Outcome: the lab went digital in weeks, not quarters — and we still run the platform today.
Legislation on paper, turned into working product
On a UK government tax & customs platform, we architected the data layer behind the goods-categorisation service that underpins post-Brexit Northern Ireland trade — exposed through public APIs and a public UI. New UK and EU trade legislation arrived as documents; working directly with policy makers, we translated it into features traders could actually use.
Outcome: rules that once lived in legal text became a live public service traders can query.
A trading firm's entire public operation, digitised
For an energy trading & compliance firm, we shipped a five-language public platform with a self-serve CMS and integrated corporate mail — a system the firm's own team edits.
Outcome: live in production, operated by us since launch.
We start small, on purpose — one workflow, made real.
The first slice is one paper workflow, made digital. In a short, paid sprint we sit with the people who keep the registers, follow one process from first entry to final document, and rebuild it as working software they can use straight away. You decide what happens next with a live screen in your hands, not a proposal — behind it sits 20+ combined years delivering data and platform products across UK government and global enterprise. And if you'd rather co-own than commission — you bring the domain, we bring the build — see how we partner.
